Your Environment and You - Is it Impacting On You Living Your Life With Freedom?

Everything is made of energy. It is easy to accept this in humans and animals. We see them as living things. But what about a house, a bedroom or an office? Is it possible these spaces have energy, and that everything found within those spaces has energy? The answer is yes.
As silence within a piece of music provides the space for the music to be heard; and punctuation within the written word provides the space for the story to be told; space within an environment is crucial for energy to flow, and abundance to grow.
You are responding to the energy of your environment all the time. Even when you are asleep, the energy of your environment is interacting with you on an energetic level. If you are wondering how the energy of an environment is impacting on you, ask yourself:-
Do you feel cramped?
Can you move freely within the space?
Does the space feel dead?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the flow of energy and therefore abundance for you to live a life full of joy and freedom is being blocked.
My Five Simple Tips To Increasing Energy Flow and Abundance Within Your Space
1. Call A Friend
Invite a friend who will support you in any clearing process you choose to do. They will help you stay focused on the task at hand. Their perspective will shine alight on your overall health and well-being, a beautiful outcome of decluttering.
2. Open Up Windows And Doors
Open up as many windows and doors that you can every day. The fresh air will do wonders to keep your environment feeling bright and energised. Fresh air generally has higher levels of oxygen than indoor air, which often has a suboptimal balance of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. The exposure to more oxygen causes the blood vessels in your lungs to open up, improving cleansing and tissue repair within them, and helping them exchange gases more easily. It can also improve mental focus and clarity.
3. Have Favourite Music Playing
Have music you love listening to playing in your environment. This small shift will have a big effect on the energy within the environment, and you. It only takes about 20 minutes of listening to your favourite music to get a natural high. This is because your brain releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter that leads to increased feelings of happiness, excitement and joy when you listen to music you like.
4. Make A Change Within Your Environment
A quick way to shift the energy of a physical space is to shift a piece of furniture. Shake out a rug. Pack away things you no longer need or want and give them to a charity. This bit of reorganising can have a great impact on both the energy of the space, and on you.
5. Let Go Of Stuff
Letting go of things creates space for energy to flow. Whether it's clearing out a room, clearing papers from the desk, or clearing weeds from the garden, the action of clearing is creating space for energy to flow. The same can be said of our minds. We often carry around ‘clutter’ without even being aware of it - old beliefs, old thoughts, old memories. Using the Body Code, I can tune into your subconscious and ask if there are any old thoughts that no longer serve you, find them and let them go.
The Webster Dictionary defines abundance as "an ample quantity". The Cambridge dictionary defines abundance as "the situation in which there is more than enough of something".
Abundance is simply having enough.
Your energy powers more than just your desire to get up and go. It powers everything about you. Your energy flows to every aspect of who you are and powers your ability to think, feel and act upon it all. Scientists say that the Universe is always expanding and growing. This is abundance on a cosmic level. This abundance is also available to you on a personal level. It simply requires you to break through any limiting beliefs blocking your expansion and growth, reconnect with yourself and allow abundance to flow.
