Language No Barrier To Energy Healing Session

I wish to share the joy I had of working with the parents of one of my beautiful clients. The experience was truly awesome, very powerful and a deeply felt reminder of why I love using the Body Code in my energy healing practice.

My client's parents are Chinese. The mother had a limited understanding of English, and the father basically none and yet my client had a deep desire for her parents to experience an energy healing session with me using the Body Code. The healer within me said yes on the proviso that my client came along to act as translator. Together ...

... we set up what was to be a very moving experience for all involved.

My healing space, aka the Quiet Room, was full, with the client and her mother on the couch, her father and I sitting at the table and the dogs (aka the boys) relegated to the couch in the living area. This was the first time I had worked with clients who were not fluent in English, and to be honest, I was a little unsure how the communication process was going to work.

I was guided to work with the father first. He looked so peaceful sitting in the chair, his eyes were so gentle. I found myself looking over to the daughter and setting up a method where I could simply talk to the father, as though he understood and when he felt the need for a translation, he simply looked over to his daughter for clarification. I'm sure she spoke more than I did as she and her trusty translation app found the words to help her father understand what I had said.

When it came time to release the energetic imbalances that had been discovered within him, without being told he gently placed his hands in his lap, shut his eyes and started breathing deeply. He was ready, and as I gently worked with him, releasing each of the energetic imbalances, tears started rolling down his face. The flow of his session was beautiful. It was as though there was no language barrier. The flow of energy was magical.

The mother’s session flowed in a similar way. Like her husband, she sat peacefully as we worked together discovering energetic imbalances at the foundation of her emotional pain. Her joy at feeling free of haunting memories was beautiful. So, too, was her happiness when my boys joined us in the Quiet Room for some pats. Many photos were taken of us all.

This was a deeply moving lesson for me. A beautiful reminder that we are all connected. I was witness to a daughter’s love for her parents to find freedom from their past, and privileged to be part of that journey.

This experience showed me that language is no barrier to the flow of energy. I was profoundly moved by the ease with which energy flowed.
