1. Take Note of Your Habits.
What kind of habits do you practice? Do you floss your teeth every night or consistently wash dishes as soon as you dirty them? Is your bedtime and time for arising always the same? What are the behaviours that you do routinely? Noticing these helps you to understand what’s important to you.

2. Describe Your Personality in Detail
A wonderful technique for embracing your uniqueness is to reflect deeply on how you see yourself. If you had to describe yourself to someone else, what words would you use?
Maybe you’re always in a hurry or you like to keep a very clean house. Perhaps you have a lot of friends or maybe you love your quiet time. Imagine you're a private detective who's come into your home and you're trying to guess who lives there by the things you see around the home. What do you see and what does it tell you about you?
Write down the words you would use to describe your uniqueness, being as thoughtful and thorough as you can.
You’re worth the time to get to know yourself better.
3. What is Awesome About You?
You have your own special blend of amazing qualities. Perhaps you're a good listener, or perhaps you have a good sense of humour. Maybe you're highly dependable. What else contributes to your awesomeness?
Your awesomeness is your point of difference.
4. Remember You Are Awesome.
In order to embrace your individuality, you must accept who you are, and learn to love yourself. Every morning before you get out of bed say to yourself "I am awesome".
Learning to love yourself and accept yourself as you are will help you love and accept others.
5. Vow to Embrace Who You Are Every Morning.
It’s a new day. You have opportunities to experience and new discoveries to make about yourself and who you are. Consider the new day as an opportunity to keep learning more and more about yourself. Say to yourself - Today is an adventure and I am open to new experiences.
Actively work each day to stay connected with yourself. Love your individuality. Embrace your uniqueness. Notice your habits. Acknowledge what is awesome about you. There isn't and never will be another you! Embracing your individuality and accepting yourself for who you are will enrich your life in so many ways.
